Frequently asked questions How do I manage or cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are billed through your Apple Account. Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, to manage or cancel. How do I restore a purchase? In Pinchly, go to your profile and choose "Restore Purchases". Is the Pinch Score a medical measurement? No. The Pinch Score is a directional, motivational trend indicator, not a body measurement, medical assessment, or diagnosis. Pinchly is a wellness tool, not a medical device. Is fasting safe for me? Intermittent fasting is not right for everyone. Please talk to a healthcare provider before starting, especially if you are pregnant, have a history of disordered eating, have a medical condition, take medication, or are under 18. How do I opt out of the selfie / Pinch Score feature? You can skip it during onboarding and turn it off anytime in Settings. How do I request deletion of my data? Email contact@intuiv.dev. Pinchly has no login; you can find your anonymous app user ID in Settings to include in your request.Email Support
