2. Use of the Service

By using our App, you agree to:

- Not use the App to generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content

3. Credits and Purchases

- The App uses a credit-based system for generating headshots
- Credits are purchased through in-app purchases via Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or app store policies
- Unused credits do not expire

4. Intellectual Property

- You retain ownership of the photos you upload
- You own the AI-generated headshots created from your photos
- You grant us a limited license to process your photos solely for the purpose of generating headshots
- You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially license the App itself

5. User Content

You are solely responsible for the photos you upload. You represent that:
- You have the right to use and upload the photos
- The photos do not infringe on any third-party rights
- The photos do not contain illegal or harmful content

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

- The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
